Terms — Simple Onboard

These terms govern your use of Simple Onboard, a product of Simple Intelligence Group, Inc. ("SIG"). If you purchased Simple Onboard through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, the Microsoft Standard Contract for Marketplace also applies to your purchase; where the two conflict, the Standard Contract controls for the Marketplace-billed transaction.

The service

Simple Onboard orchestrates vendor and contractor onboarding, background check, identity verification, e-signature, sanctions screening, and downstream provisioning. SIG delivers the software; the customer remains responsible for compliance decisions, workspace configuration, and the underlying contractor relationships.

Fees

Fees are per the plan you selected. Marketplace-billed subscriptions are charged monthly by Microsoft; direct subscriptions are charged monthly by Stripe. A free tier is available for one user (per SIG portfolio policy).

Data

You retain all rights in your workspace data. SIG uses it only to deliver the service and to maintain the audit trail. See our privacy policy for details.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing settings. On cancellation, SIG retains your workspace data for 30 days to allow reactivation, then deletes it (except for evidence records required by regulation).

Limitation of liability

SIG's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. SIG is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages except where prohibited by law.
